Board-certified family nurse practitioner
Your guide
"I started this practice because patients deserve more than a rushed appointment. They deserve someone who listens, connects the dots, and stays with them."
Meg is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with more than 30 years in nursing. She spent 17 of them as a registered nurse in surgery, the ICU, oncology, and maternal and newborn care before finding her calling in primary care. She brings that experience, and her heart for St. Augustine, to every visit.
"I've been a patient of Margaret Corrigan for over 13 years."

FAQ
Direct Primary Care is healthcare without the insurance hassle. Instead of billing insurance, you pay a simple monthly membership for unlimited access to your provider. That means no copays or surprise bills, more time with your provider, easy access by text, phone, or same-day appointments, and care decisions made by you and your provider, not an insurance company.
DPC works alongside your insurance. Many patients keep a high-deductible plan, catastrophic plan, or health share for major needs like hospital stays or specialists. Your membership covers everyday care: checkups, sick visits, preventive care, and prescription management.
Most traditional insurance plans don't cover DPC memberships. Some health share programs offer discounts if you're enrolled in DPC.
No. Memberships are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice.
Text us. We'll respond as quickly as we can and guide your next steps. If it's a true emergency, always call 911. In most cases, we can handle things without an ER or urgent care visit.
Many people with an HMO keep an in-network PCP for referrals and insurance requirements while using DPC for ongoing, personal care. We're happy to coordinate and share records.
Most routine labs are drawn right in the office at a membership rate. For imaging, we work with local, independent imaging centers for high-quality studies at a fraction of typical hospital costs.
Give 30 days' notice by calling, texting, or emailing the office. If you rejoin later, a re-enrollment fee may apply.
